Order Processing
• Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. On rare occasions, an item may sell out before
processing is complete.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking confirmation email or SMS.

All Sales Are Final
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Once your order is completed, there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
• Any request to change or alter a completed order will result in the order being immediately cancelled.

Shipping & Address Verification
• The shipping and billing address must match.
• This ensures smooth processing through our automated fraud detection system.
• Orders with mismatched addresses may be flagged and cancelled for security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• In the event that an order or item must be cancelled by us, please allow 3–5 business days for the
refund to appear on your card.

Lost or Stolen Packages
• All Billionaire Ambitious Crew shipments are insured.
• If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the
shipping carrier.
• Please contact UPS directly at www.ups.com to begin the claim process.
